Responsibilities Leadership

• Demonstrate critical thinking, conflict management, and problem‑solving skills.
• Promote interdisciplinary teamwork and act as a role model for nursing staff.
• Supervise junior nurses and students, ensuring safe and effective patient care.
• Participate in organizational change and perform in‑charge duties when delegated.

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using evidence‑based practices.
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with healthcare facility policies.
• Utilize electronic health records (e.g., Malaffi) efficiently.
• Monitor patient conditions, elevate care as needed, and apply early warning tools.
• Manage pain assessment and treatment according to guidelines.

• Bachelor Degree in Nursing or Associate degree in Nursing from Canada or USA with minimum two (2) years course duration.
• Successful completion of the National Exam:
  • USA: NCLEX – RN
  • Canada:
    Licensing Exam

Minimum two (2) years clinical experience post qualification.
