Join our dedicated healthcare team as a Registered Nurse in Al Ain, UAE, delivering high-quality homecare nursing services. This role offers the opportunity to provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a supportive environment, ensuring the well-being and comfort of our patients in their homes.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in home settings, following individualized care plans.
- Monitor and assess patients' health conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely according to protocols.
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, including daily observations and progress notes.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on health maintenance, disease management, and medication adherence.
- Ensure compliance with DOH regulations and standards for homecare nursing services.
- Maintain hygiene and infection control standards during home visits.
- Respond promptly to patient emergencies and provide appropriate interventions.
- Participate in continuing education and training to stay current with nursing best practices and certification requirements.
- Valid DOH license and certification as a Registered Nurse.
- Proven experience in homecare nursing or similar healthcare settings.
- Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with patients and families.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Compassionate, patient-focused, and attentive to detail.
- Knowledge of healthcare standards and regulations in UAE, particularly for homecare services.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
- Willingness to travel to patients' homes within Al Ain region.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professional ethics.
- 12 hr duty/ 2 days week off
