Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to adult or pediatric patients in the home setting
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications treatments and preventive nursing procedures
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
- Supervise Assistant Nurses and Healthcare Assistants
- Ensure patient safety confidentiality and compliance with clinical standards
- Support onboarding training and quality improvement initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing (minimum 3-year program)
- Valid DOH/DHA RN License
- Must be Philippines nationality
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
- Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate, professional, and committed to continuous learning
