Staff Nurse - Entry Level
We are hiring a Staff Nurse for our healthcare facility in El-Ain! As an entry-level nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care and assisting in the management of patient care activities. Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care including administering medication, performing routine procedures, and monitoring patient progress
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Maintain accurate patient records and document all care provided
- Assist in the management of patient care activities such as assessing patient needs, coordinating treatments, and evaluating outcomes
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions and self-care techniques
- Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control guidelines
- Diploma or degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
- Valid nursing license from the relevant regulatory body in El-Ain
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
