This is a quality-driven recruitment exercise for a client who prioritises technical excellence and cultural fit. We are looking for hands-on, site-experienced professionals with a proven track record in construction QA/QC. You will be a key part of the project execution team, ensuring all works are delivered according to schedule, specifications, and contract requirements.
We have four specific positions available:- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant Engineering discipline.
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a QA/QC Engineer in a construction site environment
- Strong working knowledge of QA/QC processes
, including ITPs, NCRs, inspections, testing, and project closeout - Proven ability to review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and submittals (Material Submittals, Method Statements, etc.)
- Experience coordinating inspections with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams
- Strong analytical skills – ability to interpret quality data and trends
- Excellent communication and coordination skills across multiple stakeholders
- Leadership qualities – ability to mentor and guide junior team members
- Desirable:
Experience with
Power BI
, EDMS
, and Firestop coordination
- Project Scope & Quality Management: Review and interpret all project documents (specifications, drawings, etc.) and implement Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS).
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilise Power BI dashboards to analyse and present the status of QA/QC activities, including submittals, inspections, tests, and Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
- Inspections & Testing: Coordinate with the project team, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure all inspections and testing are conducted per the Inspection & Test Plan (ITP).
- Submittal Review: Review all quality submissions (Material Submittals, Method Statements, etc.) to ensure compliance with project specifications and contract requirements.
- Project Closeout: Lead snagging and de-snagging inspections and ensure timely submission of all project closeout deliverables
