We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef to join our team in El-Ain, Egypt. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for creating and executing our menu featuring authentic African cuisine. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$.

• Develop and execute menu items that reflect the rich and diverse flavors of African cuisine
• Lead and manage a team of kitchen staff to ensure high quality food production
• Oversee all food preparation, cooking, and presentation processes
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
• Manage inventory and ordering of supplies
• Train new kitchen staff on menu items, techniques, and safety procedures

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a restaurant setting
• Extensive knowledge of African cuisine including traditional cooking techniques and ingredients
• Ability to create innovative dishes while maintaining traditional flavors
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities
• Knowledge of food safety regulations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Culinary degree from an accredited institution
• Experience working with African clientele or in a culturally diverse setting
