As a Barista you will be responsible for crafting delicious and visually appealing coffee drinks, providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

• Must be of Malayalee nationality
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to create latte art is preferred
• Knowledge of different coffee brewing methods and equipment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a multicultural team
• Must be able to handle cash transactions accurately

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee drinks according to customer preferences
• Ensure that the coffee shop is always clean, organized and well-stocked
• Take customer orders and process payments using cash register or POS system
• Provide friendly and efficient service while maintaining a positive attitude towards customers
• Educate customers about our menu offerings including specialty coffees and pastries
• Follow health and safety guidelines at all times when handling food and beverages

• Salary of 1400$ per month with potential for growth based on performance
