The bustling city of El-Ain is seeking an experienced and skilled Barista to join our team of coffee enthusiasts. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting delicious and high-quality coffee beverages for our customers while providing exceptional customer service.

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold coffee beverages, following recipes and standards set by the company
• Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and making recommendations based on customer preferences
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area, including equipment and supplies
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and safe work environment
• Continuously learn about new coffee products, techniques, and trends to enhance the customer experience

• Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role preferred
• Knowledge of different brewing methods, latte art skills are a plus
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly manner
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
• A positive attitude with strong teamwork skills
• Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
