Restaurant Manager - Malayalee Preferred (El-Ain, UAE)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in El-Ain, UAE. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and profitability.

• Manage daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and financial reporting
• Train and supervise staff to provide excellent customer service and maintain high-quality standards
• Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency and compliance with health and safety regulations
• Develop marketing strategies to increase revenue and attract new customers
• Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and improve existing ones
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate pricing for ingredients and supplies
• Keep track of expenses, control costs, and ensure profitability targets are met

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills in English (Malayalam is preferred)
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a diverse team
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

1600$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
