Restaurant Manager
A busy restaurant in El-Ain is seeking a highly organized and skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee all aspects of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the restaurant industry, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a strong understanding of customer service. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$. English language proficiency is not required for this role, making it suitable for foreigners.
Previous managerial experience is preferred but not required. This position does not include accommodation.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and budgets
- Create and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction
- Train and supervise staff on proper service techniques, menu items, and company policies
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and specials
- Conduct performance evaluations for staff members
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in the restaurant industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent communication skills in order to effectively interact with customers, staff, and management
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of food safety regulations
- Knowledge of budgeting and inventory management
- High school diploma or equivalent;
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
