Responsibilities
- Handle cash card and POS system transactions accurately
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders and ensure they are entered correctly
- Process payments and provide accurate change and receipts
- Maintain a clean organized and well-stocked cashier station
- Assist customers with basic inquiries and provide good customer service
- Check and maintain accurate cash balance at the beginning and end of each shift
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are processed smoothly
- Follow cafeteria hygiene safety and company procedures
- Previous experience as a Cashier, preferably in a cafeteria, restaurant, or food-service environment
- Good knowledge of POS systems and cash-handling procedures
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Friendly, polite, and professional attitude
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a busy environment
- Basic English communication skills; knowledge of Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is an advantage
- Honest, reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Able to work flexible hours and as part of a team
- Candidates currently available in Al Ain are preferred
