We are currently seeking a skilled Pastry Baker to join our team in El-Ain Pakistan
As a Pastry Baker you will be responsible for creating a variety of delicious pastries cakes and other baked goods You must have strong knowledge and experience in baking techniques as well as the ability to follow recipes accurately
Responsibilities- Prepare and bake a variety of pastries cakes and other baked goods
- Follow recipes and measurements accurately to ensure consistency in products
- Decorate and present pastries in an appealing manner
- Ensure quality control by checking ingredients for freshness and proper storage
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen at all times
- Collaborate with other team members to plan menus and create new recipes
- Train new employees on baking techniques and company standards
- Proven experience as a Pastry Baker or similar role
- Knowledge of different types of pastry doughs and baking techniques
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and time-management skills
- Creativity and artistic skills when decorating pastries
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time
- Good communication skills
- Must be fluent in English
We offer competitive salary of 1500$ per month along with accommodation and visa sponsorship
