Indian Restaurant Manager in El-Ain, Contract Position We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Indian Restaurant Manager to join our team in El-Ain. As the manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all operations of our restaurant, including staff management, customer service, inventory control, and financial management. This is a contract position with a salary of 1700$ per month.

• Manage and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations
• Create staff schedules and oversee daily tasks and responsibilities
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant at all times
• Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
• Conduct regular financial analysis to monitor expenses and maximize profitability
• Collaborate with the chef to develop new menu items and specials
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations

• Must be Indian nationality or have extensive knowledge of Indian cuisine
• Previous experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar role
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
• Knowledge of inventory management software is preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
