A prestigious hotel in El-Ain, Pakistan is seeking a skilled and creative Pastry Chef to join our team. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and creating a variety of desserts, pastries, and baked goods for our guests. You will also be responsible for developing new recipes and ensuring the quality and consistency of all pastry items.

• Prepare and create a wide range of desserts, pastries, and baked goods according to established standards
• Develop new recipes and menu items that showcase your creativity and passion for pastry making
• Ensure the quality, freshness, and presentation of all pastry items meet our high standards
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Train and supervise junior pastry chefs to maintain consistency in product quality
• Maintain a clean and organized work station at all times
• Comply with all health and safety regulations while working in the kitchen

• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role
• Knowledge of various baking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and tools
• Creative abilities to develop new recipes and menu items
• Strong attention to detail with excellent time management skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• A passion for creating delicious desserts that exceed customers' expectations
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
• Previous experience working in a hotel or restaurant setting is preferred

A diploma or degree in Culinary Arts or similar field is preferred. Certification from a reputable culinary school or training program is an asset.
