Barista

We are hiring a skilled Barista to join our team in El-Ain! As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and providing excellent customer service to our guests. As a Barista at our cafe in El-Ain, your main duties will include preparing and serving coffee drinks, teas, smoothies, and other beverages to our customers. You will need to have extensive knowledge of different types of coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art techniques. In addition to making drinks, you will also be responsible for taking customer orders, handling cash transactions, and keeping the cafe clean and well-stocked.
To excel in this role, you should have excellent customer service skills. You must be able to greet customers with a friendly smile and provide prompt service while ensuring accuracy in their orders. As we believe that presentation is just as important as taste when it comes to coffee drinks, you should also have an eye for detail to create visually appealing beverages.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a Barista or in the food service industry. However, we are willing to train the right candidate who has a strong interest in coffee preparation. You should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where multitasking is essential.
This is a full-time position with flexible working hours including weekends and holidays. We offer competitive pay starting at $1200 per month along with accommodation. We are also open to sponsoring work visas for qualified candidates.
