Entry-Level Waiter​/Waitress

We are hiring an enthusiastic and customer‑oriented Entry‑Level Waiter/Waitress to join our team at a popular Indian restaurant in El‑Ain. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our guests, taking food and drink orders, and ensuring a clean and inviting dining environment. • Greet guests with a warm welcome and provide them with menus
• Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
• Serve food and drinks in a timely manner
• Ensure all guest requests are met promptly and courteously
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, utensils, and dining area
• Handle cash transactions accurately
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
• Provide suggestions to guests based on their preferences or dietary restrictions
• Uphold high standards of customer service at all times

• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Hindi or other Indian languages is a plus
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well under pressure
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude
• Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 30 pounds if needed
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
