The Assistant Store Manager position at Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle in Al Ain is ideal for retail professionals eager to take on a leadership role in a dynamic store environment. This role supports the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, optimizing team performance, and ensuring a seamless customer journey aligned with brand and company values. You'll also take full charge of store operations in the manager 's absence, helping build customer loyalty while driving profitability.

• Lead daily operations and ensure top-tier customer service experiences
• Support store performance by driving KPIs and promotional activities
• Motivate and coach sales staff to exceed customer expectations
• Assist with managing stock levels, visual merchandising and compliance
• Step in to manage the store independently when required
• Collaborate closely with marketing, buying, and planning teams to execute in-store strategies
• Maintain operational standards in line with brand guidelines and company policies

• Diploma or High School Certificate (Retail-related qualifications are a plus)
• 4-5 years of relevant experience in a retail store environment
• Demonstrated ability to manage staff, resolve issues and exceed sales goals
• Excellent communication, leadership and team-building skills
• Familiarity with retail KPIs, customer experience strategies and store operations
