Indoor Sales Job Al Ain area,UAE/Dubai,Retail

Responsibilities

Managing the walk-in customer experience involving floor services and helpdesk.
Appropriately managing customer checkout and POS cash.
Executing floor merchandising and promotions.
Complying with rules and regulations and managing store performances.
Handling effective customer complaints and issue resolution.
Managing storage operations, including receipt storage and issuance of products for display merchandising.
Managing stock controls and movements per demands and needs.
Maintaining stock quantity consumption and loss reports.
Building brand awareness during customer interactions.
Executing activities with applicable ISO standards, workplace policies, and safety guidelines.
Ensuring compliance and closure of non-conformities.
Assessing, managing, and mitigating risks and maintaining documentation.
Organizing and prioritizing work to meet deadlines.
Learning and expanding, carrying out responsibilities assigned by seniors as needed.

Qualifications

Possesses a bachelor's degree in any course, high school diploma, or related field, providing a solid foundation for sales success.
Relevant certifications in sales or customer relationship management (CRM) are a plus, showcasing a commitment to professional development.
Has 2+ years of experience in indoor sales, demonstrating a proven track record of achieving sales targets within a similar industry.
Experience in the retail industry or similar industry is preferred, indicating familiarity with the products or services being sold.
