Shop Sales Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly and professionally
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
• Explain products and ingredients clearly when required
• Handle sales transactions accurately using POS system
• Maintain attractive product displays and visual merchandising standards
• Ensure cleanliness of counters, shelves and customer areas
• Promote offers and support upselling initiatives
• Assist with gift packaging and special orders
• Handle customer feedback and report to supervisor
• Follow company grooming and uniform standards

• Prepare and organize product displays
• Refill shelves and maintain stock presentation
• Keep the store clean and organized throughout the day
• Assist customers and process payments efficiently
• Support takeaway orders and packaging
• Participate in weekly inventory and team meetings

• Average Order Value (AOV)

• Store cleanliness and display standards compliance

• Female candidates preferred
• 0-3 years of experience in sales or customer service
• Arabic fluency is essential;
  English is a plus
