Indoor Sales

Responsibilities

• Managing the walk-in customer experience involving floor services and helpdesk.
• Appropriately managing customer checkout and POS cash.
• Executing floor merchandising and promotions.
• Complying with rules and regulations and managing store performances.
• Handling effective customer complaints and issue resolution.
• Managing storage operations, including receipt storage and issuance of products for display merchandising.
• Managing stock controls and movements per demands and needs.
• Maintaining stock quantity consumption and loss reports.
• Building brand awareness during customer interactions.
• Executing activities with applicable ISO standards, workplace policies, and safety guidelines.
• Ensuring compliance and closure of non-conformities.
• Assessing, managing, and mitigating risks and maintaining documentation.
• Organizing and prioritizing work to meet deadlines.
• Learning and expanding, carrying out responsibilities assigned by seniors as needed.

• Possesses a bachelor's degree in any course, high school diploma, or related field, providing a solid foundation for sales success.
• Relevant certifications in sales or customer relationship management (CRM) are a plus, showcasing a commitment to professional development.
• Has 2+ years of experience in indoor sales, demonstrating a proven track record of achieving sales targets within a similar industry.
• Experience in the retail industry or similar industry is preferred, indicating familiarity with the products or services being sold.
