Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and proactive Receptionist to join our ladies fitness center in Shiab Al Ashkhaar - Al Ain. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for members and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and smooth experience while efficiently managing front desk operations. This role also includes maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the studio, as well as a willingness to learn and grow into additional responsibilities through provided training.

Working

Hours
  • 9 working hours per day
  • 1-hour break
  • 6 working days per week (Friday off)
Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome members and guests in a warm and professional manner
  • Handle check-ins, class bookings, and membership registrations
  • Answer phone calls, Whats App messages, and general inquiries
  • Provide accurate information about classes, schedules, and services
  • Manage payments, receipts, and basic cash handling
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio area at all times
  • Perform full cleaning and sanitization of the studio before and after classes
  • Ensure all equipment and surfaces are properly disinfected and ready for use
  • Coordinate with trainers and staff to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Assist in promoting memberships, packages, and retail products
  • Handle customer concerns or complaints professionally
Requirements
  • Female candidate (for a ladies-only fitness environment)
  • Previous experience in customer service or receptionist role preferred
  • Basic computer skills (booking systems, Microsoft Office, etc.)
  • Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Friendly, presentable, and professional attitude
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
