We are hiring a skilled Merchandiser to join our team in El‑Ain, Egypt. The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail and a keen eye for detail. As a Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in maximizing sales and ensuring product availability in our stores.

• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective merchandising strategies.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences.
• Create visually appealing displays that highlight product features and benefits.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.
• Ensure products are properly priced and labeled according to company standards.
• Train store staff on proper merchandising techniques.
• Conduct regular store visits to assess display quality and provide feedback to improve performance.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and competitors’ activities.

• Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in the retail industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain high‑quality standards.
• Knowledge of visual merchandising techniques and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in Arabic (English proficiency is a plus).

$1,200 per month (negotiable based on experience).
