Merchandiser job in El-Ain UAE for unskilled workers

We are looking for a highly motivated Merchandiser to join our team in El-Ain. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies and plans, while managing customer relations to ensure the company meets its targets.

The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills. They must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have experience in the retail industry. A valid driver's license is also required.

As Merchandiser, you will be expected to:

• Develop an understanding of the customer’s needs and requirements
• Develop sales strategies and plans to increase sales volume
• Manage customer relations with key accounts; understand their needs and maintain relationships
• Negotiate contracts with vendors
• Monitor market trends, pricing, competitor activity, consumer behavior, etc.
• Ensure that store standards are met at all times
• Monitor stock levels to ensure availability of merchandise
• Ensure that deliveries are timely and accurate

We offer a competitive salary of 1700 AED per month for this position. We are also willing to consider applications from immigrants who meet the requirements listed above.
