We are searching for a highly motivated and sales‑driven Sales Executive to join our luxury retail store in El-Ain. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our high‑end products, providing excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets. This is a contract job with a salary of 1500$, plus commission incentives based on performance.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in luxury retail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Customer‑oriented with strong negotiation skills
• Must have own visa and be able to work legally in El‑Ain
• Fluent in English, Arabic language skills is a plus
• Willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

• Greet customers and assist them with product inquiries and purchases
• Build relationships with customers and provide exceptional customer service to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets by actively promoting products and closing sales transactions
• Maintain visual presentation standards of the store by restocking products, organizing displays, and ensuring cleanliness
• Keep up‑to‑date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate product information to customers
• Handle cash transactions accurately
• Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales goals
