Store Manager-Hypermarket Exp -Malayalam Speaker

Responsible for managing overall hypermarket operations, including sales, inventory, staff management, customer service, compliance, and store profitability while ensuring company standards and SOPs are followed.

• Manage daily operations across grocery, fresh food, bakery, butchery, non-food, electrical, and cashier departments.
• Achieve store sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Monitor inventory, stock availability, FIFO/FEFO, shrinkage, and wastage control.
• Manage staff scheduling, training, performance, and department supervision.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve escalated complaints.
• Maintain UAE health, safety, food safety, HACCP, and municipality compliance.
• Oversee loss prevention, security, CCTV, and asset protection.
• Ensure visual merchandising, planograms, pricing, and store presentation standards.
• Manage cash reconciliation, expenses, vendor coordination, and store reports.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance reports for the Area Manager.

• Proven experience as a Store Manager in a hypermarket/supermarket environment.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations, inventory control, and team management.
• Good understanding of UAE retail standards, food safety, and compliance requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
