• Greet and engage with customers providing a welcoming and informative shopping experience
• Demonstrate knowledge of the uniform and textile industry to advise customers
• Build and manage customer relationships ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty
• Collaborate with the team to maintain merchandise presentation
• Participate in training and development sessions
• Provide feedback to management on customer needs and sales trends
• Assist with stocking inventory management and store cleanliness
• Upsell products through recommendations
