As a Merchandiser Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the merchandising operations for our company in El-Ain This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who has experience in the field of merchandising and a strong understanding of customer behavior and market trends Your main goal will be to ensure that our products are displayed effectively and attractively to drive sales and meet customer demands
Responsibilities- Supervise a team of merchandisers and provide guidance and support to ensure their success
- Develop merchandising strategies that align with company goals and objectives
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking or discontinuing products
- Analyze customer behavior market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop promotions discounts and other marketing strategies to increase sales
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with merchandising guidelines
- Train new employees on effective merchandising techniques
- Communicate with suppliers to negotiate pricing quantity and delivery schedules
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels sales data and expenses
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and incorporate new ideas into merchandising strategies
- Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role or as a Merchandiser
- Strong understanding of customer behavior market trends and retail operations
- Excellent communication skills in English Arabic is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to travel within El-Ain for store visits
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train team members
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- $1400 per month
- El-Ain
Egyptian Foreigners are also welcome
GenderFemale Male candidates with suitable experience are also welcome
LanguageEnglish Arabic is a plus
Experience RequiredMinimum of 3 years experience in a similar role or as a Merchandiser
Other RequirementsBiometric passport required for travel within El-Ain for store visits
