Merchandiser - Retail (El-Ain, Nepal)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Merchandiser to join our retail team in El-Ain, Nepal. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing product inventory levels, creating eye-catching displays, and ensuring that all products are priced accurately. This position requires excellent communication skills, as you will be working closely with suppliers and customers to maintain stock levels and meet sales goals.

• Manage inventory levels and replenish stock as needed
• Create visually appealing product displays
• Ensure all products are priced accurately
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products
• Communicate with customers to understand their needs and preferences
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for product placement
• Monitor competitor pricing and adjust prices accordingly
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with merchandising guidelines

• High school diploma or equivalent;
  Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
• Experience in retail merchandising is a plus but not required
• Excellent communication skills in English and Nepali (both spoken and written)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for visual presentation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
