Merchandiser in El-Ain, UAE

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Merchandiser to join our team in El-Ain, UAE. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for the planning, development, and execution of product displays and promotions in our retail stores.

• Develop and implement merchandising strategies to increase sales and profitability
• Collaborate with the buying team to select and source products that align with market trends and customer preferences
• Create attractive product displays that highlight the features and benefits of our products
• Monitor inventory levels and work with the supply chain team to ensure timely delivery of products
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with merchandising standards
• Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend action plans
• Train store staff on merchandising techniques and product knowledge
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and operations

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role within the retail industry
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field preferred
• Strong understanding of market trends, customer behavior, and competition
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Must be willing to relocate to El-Ain, UAE
