We are looking for a motivated and organized Cashier to join our team in El-Ain. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving payments from customers, accurately processing cash and card transactions, and providing excellent customer service. We are ready to consider a foreigner for this position.
Responsibilities- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service
- Receive payments from customers in both cash and credit/debit card transactions
- Ensure accuracy of all transactions and maintain a balance in the cash drawer at all times
- Answer customer queries in a timely manner
- Follow safety regulations at all times
- Identify suspicious activities or transactions and report them accordingly
- Maintain store records such as sales receipts, vouchers, etc.
- High School Diploma or equivalent qualification is required
- Previous experience working with cash registers is preferable but not required
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Possess basic mathematical skills
- Great communication skills with the ability to resolve customer disputes amicably
