Sales Representative Candy Store Kids & Families

Responsibilities

• Greet children and families in a fun and welcoming way.
• Engage customers by introducing different candy products and offering samples.
• Ensure displays are attractive, especially to children.
• Monitor product freshness and stock levels.
• Promote special offers, seasonal products, and birthday packages.
• Share product ingredient information for parents with dietary concerns.
• Work with the team to maintain a clean and safe store environment.
• Achieve and exceed daily and weekly sales targets.
• Assist with party orders and event preparations.

• High school diploma or higher.
• At least 1-2 years of proven sales experience in retail, preferably in F&B, candy, or toy stores.
• A real salesperson — someone who knows how to attract customers, recommend products, and close sales.
• Friendly personality with the ability to engage children and adults.
• Strong upselling and cross-selling skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Comfortable handling cash and using POS systems.
• Basic computer skills.
• Positive and energetic personality who enjoys working with families and kids.
