- Lead motivate and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Drive showroom performance through effective sales planning coaching and execution
- Monitor sales performance and implement action plans to maximize opportunities and profitability
- Ensure outstanding customer experiences throughout the entire vehicle purchasing journey
- Coach and support Sales Executives in customer engagement negotiation and closing opportunities
- Manage customer concerns and escalations to maintain high customer satisfaction levels
- Drive customer retention and loyalty through exceptional service and relationship management
- Ensure compliance with Toyota and Al-Futtaim sales processes policies and standards
- Utilize sales data and market insights to improve operational and commercial performance
- Foster a culture of teamwork accountability and continuous learning
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a sales leadership or supervisory role
- Automotive retail sales experience is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of sales operations and customer engagement strategies
- Experience managing team KPIs and business performance targets
- Strong Microsoft Office proficiency
- Fluent English communication skills;
