Indoor Sales Executive LM

We are looking for a customer-focused Indoor Sales Executive to support sales activities through quotation follow-ups, client communication, meeting coordination, and customer relationship management. The role involves engaging potential clients, inviting them to the elevator boutique, coordinating with management and marketing teams, and maintaining professional communication in Arabic and English to support business growth and customer satisfaction.

• Fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Professional in typing and drafting correspondence in both languages
• Well-versed in cultural and professional etiquette in the UAE market
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Friendly and professional demeanor to represent the company effectively

• Previous experience in business development, customer relations, or a similar role is an advantage.
• Knowledge of the elevator industry or related fields is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Follow-Up:
  • Follow up on quotations to ensure clients have received and reviewed them
  • Address any inquiries or feedback from clients to facilitate smoother communication and deal closure
• Coordination:
  • Serve as a liaison between management and potential clients to schedule and coordinate meetings
  • Organize and update meeting schedules, ensuring timely follow-ups and preparation for management
• Personally invite potential clients to visit our elevator boutique
• Arrange personalized tours or presentations to enhance the customer experience

4. Content Creation:.

• Assist in developing engaging content in collaboration with the marketing team

5.Customer Relationship Management:

• Build strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term engagement and satisfaction
• Maintain a database of client interactions and ensure regular updates for management

6. Communication:

• Draft and send professional emails and correspondence in both Arabic and English
• Maintain a high standard of typing and written communication in both languages

7. Market Insights:

• Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to inform business strategies
