We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in El-Ain, a bustling city in the United Arab Emirates. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for our hotel through various channels including corporate and leisure clients.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for the hotel
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients
• Conduct market research to stay updated on trends and competition
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Prepare reports on sales performance and present them to senior management
• Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the hotel

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Hotel Sales Manager or in a similar role
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Familiarity with market trends and key players in the hospitality industry
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing environments
• Fluency in English is required, knowledge of other languages is a plus

Salary: 1800$ per month (tax-free) + commission on sales

This is a full-time position without accommodation provided. However, we offer free visa sponsorship and flight tickets for selected candidates.
