Hotel Sales Manager - El-Ain, Egypt

Our luxury hotel in El-Ain, Egypt is seeking a talented and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of success in the hospitality industry.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction
• Oversee the sales team and provide training, coaching, and support as needed
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
• Prepare sales reports and present them to senior management

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience in hotel sales management
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership abilities with a hands-on approach
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Fluent in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

We offer a competitive salary of $1800 per month, along with free visa sponsorship and round-trip ticket. This is a full-time position without accommodation.
