We are looking for an experienced FMCG Sales Executive to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Open new accounts and grow existing customers
- Visit stores daily as per route plan
- Build relationships with buyers, owners and store managers
- Follow up on orders, listings, promotions and deliveries
- Ensure product availability, visibility and merchandising standards
- Monitor pricing, stock levels and expiry dates
- Report market trends and competitor activities
- Follow up on customer payments and collections
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, customer service and finance teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field to ensure a solid educational foundation.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven sales experience in the FMCG industry to demonstrate expertise in the field.
- Certifications in sales methodologies or customer relationship management (CRM) to validate professional qualifications.
- Experience working with major retail chains and distributors to navigate complex sales environments effectively.
- FMCG sales experience in the UAE.
- Valid UAE Driving License.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience with supermarkets, groceries, and pharmacy accounts is MUST.
