Apex Enterprises is looking for a reliable and proactive Field Operations & Sales Support Executive to support our growing trading and business operations across the UAE.
This is a field-based role combining material collection and delivery, driving, document control and lead generation
.
- Collect materials from suppliers and deliver them safely and on time to customers and project sites across the UAE.
- Verify materials and ensure all required delivery documents are properly signed/stamped and returned.
- Maintain accurate records of Delivery Orders, invoices, receipts, acknowledgements and other field documentation.
- Drive company personnel to customer meetings, supplier visits and other business activities as required.
- Identify potential customers, projects and business opportunities while working in the field.
- Make initial contact with prospective customers and generate leads for the Apex sales team to follow up and close.
- Support customer and supplier follow-ups when required.
- Maintain the company vehicle responsibly and comply with UAE traffic and safety regulations.
- Valid UAE driving licence –
mandatory
. - Minimum 2 years of relevant UAE experience, with good knowledge of UAE roads and major business/industrial areas.
- Comfortable travelling throughout the UAE as required.
- Responsible, organised and capable of handling materials and important business documents independently.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to identify potential customers and confidently initiate business conversations.
- English required. Hindi preferred. Arabic would be a strong advantage. Malayalam (not essential)
- Experience in HVAC, MEP, building materials, industrial supplies or B2B trading would be an advantage.
- Company vehicle for business activities.
- All authorised vehicle and business travel expenses covered by the company.
- Compensation and benefits will be determined based on experience, capability and the value the candidate can bring to the role.
