Sales Manager - Hotel; Pakistani

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Manager to join our team in El-Ain Pakistan.

As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for promoting and selling our hotels products and services to potential clients.

Your main goal will be to drive sales and increase revenue by building strong relationships with customers and developing strategic sales plans.

• Identify and target potential clients through market research and networking.
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners and other key accounts.
• Conduct sales presentations, negotiate contracts and close deals.
• Monitor market trends, competition and customer satisfaction to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.

• Fluency in English written and spoken.
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Previous experience in hotel sales or hospitality industry preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
