Al Gahwa Al Arabiya L.L.C. is looking for an experienced, motivated, and results-oriented Outlet Manager to manage its business unit, Kafu Solutions, located in Al Ain. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in field sales of coffee machines and equipment, business administration, branch operations, and team management.
The successful candidate will be responsible for increasing sales, acquiring new customers, promoting company products, managing staff and daily operations, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of orders.
Key Responsibilities- Sales and Business Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets and increase company revenue.
- Field Sales: Visit potential customers, including cafés, restaurants, hotels, offices, and other commercial clients, to promote and sell coffee machines and related equipment.
- Customer Acquisition: Identify new business opportunities, attract new customers, and build long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Product Promotion: Promote the company's coffee machines, coffee equipment, accessories, and related products to expand market presence.
- Branch Operations: Manage all day-to-day branch activities, ensuring smooth and efficient business operations.
- Staff Management: Supervise, guide, and motivate staff, assign duties, monitor performance, and ensure team productivity.
- Supplier Coordination: Communicate and negotiate with suppliers regarding product availability, purchase orders, pricing, and timely delivery of goods.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, and ensure products are available to meet customer demand.
- Customer Service: Maintain excellent customer relationships, handle inquiries and complaints, and coordinate after-sales support where required.
- Business Administration: Prepare sales reports, quotations, invoices, and other operational documents, and monitor branch performance.
- Market Development: Monitor competitor activities, identify market trends, and recommend strategies to improve sales and business growth.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in field sales of coffee machines, coffee equipment, or related commercial equipment.
- bachelor degree in business administration
- Proven experience in sales, business development, and customer acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of coffee machines, equipment, and related products.
- Experience in branch management, business administration, and staff supervision.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and develop new business opportunities.
- Experience dealing with suppliers, purchase orders, and delivery coordination.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- A valid UAE driving license is preferred.
