We are hiring a dynamic and results-driven Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in El-Ain. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and experience in the hospitality industry. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase hotel revenue and attract new business. You must have a biometric passport and be able to travel for business purposes.

This is a contract position with a salary of $1000 per month.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and attending industry events
• Build strong relationships with customers, including corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, and other potential sources of business
• Collaborate with other departments within the hotel to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth or improvement
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel sales or a similar role within the hospitality industry
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to build relationships with clients at all levels
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Willingness to travel for business purposes
