Sales Manager

We are seeking an ambitious and driven Sales Manager to join our growing team in El-Ain. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to increase revenue and meet sales targets. You will also be in charge of managing a team of sales representatives, providing them with training and support to ensure their success.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
• Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support
• Set and achieve ambitious sales targets
• Identify new business opportunities through networking, lead generation, and market research
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking out new opportunities
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and projections

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales management role
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team
• Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Fluency in English is required (French language skills are an asset)
• Must be flexible to travel as needed
