Sales Manager

We are a leading company in the retail industry, looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in El-Ain, Egypt. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our sales operations, driving revenue, and building strong relationships with clients. This is a contract position, with a competitive salary of 1700$. We welcome both Egyptian nationals and foreigners with excellent English skills.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and meet targets
• Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals
• Build relationships with new and existing clients to drive business growth
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential sales opportunities
• Monitor competitors' activities and propose effective counter-strategies
• Prepare sales reports and present them to senior management
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g. marketing, finance) to ensure cohesive operations

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the retail industry
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and negotiate effectively
• In-depth knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
