Identify new business opportunities and generate leads for facade and external building cleaning services Establish relationships with developers building owners property management companies and commercial clients Identify and participate in tenders and RFQs for facade cleaning services Coordinate with technical operations and estimation teams to prepare competitive proposals Negotiate contracts and commercial terms to secure profitable business Achieve sales targets and maintain sales forecasts and performance reports
Desired Candidate ProfileBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
8-10 years of UAE experience in sales and business development, preferably in façade cleaning, external building cleaning, rope access, high-rise cleaning, or facility management.
Proven track record of securing new service contracts.
Strong knowledge of the UAE market and established client relationships.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Valid UAE driving licence.
