Overview of the role

In this role, you’ll turn every customer interaction into an opportunity. You’ll drive vehicle sales, promote finance and insurance solutions, maximize trade-ins and accessories, and build lasting customer relationships. Most importantly, you’ll create an outstanding experience from the first conversation through to vehicle handover and beyond.

What you will do

• Drive Sales:
  Achieve and exceed sales targets while representing the brand with confidence and professionalism
• Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences:
  Build strong customer relationships and consistently achieve CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) and NPS (Net Promoter Score) objectives
• Build Your Sales Pipeline:
  Actively prospect for new customers, follow up on leads, and maintain a healthy pipeline to generate more sales opportunities
• Maximize Every Opportunity:
  Identify customer needs and actively promote relevant finance, insurance, trade‑in, accessory, and value‑added solutions
• Manage Transactions Accurately:
  Follow company procedures when handling cash and credit customers to ensure accurate, secure transactions
• Stay Ahead of the Market:
  Continuously strengthen your knowledge of the automotive industry, product features, market trends, technology, and effective selling techniques

Required skills to be successful

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, with automotive sales experience being a strong advantage
• Proven ability to upsell, cross‑sell, and create value for customers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Confident negotiation and influencing skills
• Strong customer focus with the drive to achieve and exceed targets

What equips you for the role

• Diploma or Degree preferred, combined with the right passion, drive, and sales mindset
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a retail sales role
• Strong relationship‑building, negotiation, and conflict‑resolution skills
• Ability to think quickly, make confident decisions, and perform under pressure
• Valid UAE driver’s license
• Good technical understanding of automobiles and a strong customer‑centric approach to selling
