Security Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive security policies and procedures tailored to the organization’s specific risk landscape.
• Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and mitigate potential threats.
• Manage and oversee all security personnel, ensuring proper training and adherence to protocols for effective incident response.
• Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services to establish effective crisis management and response plans.

• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a security management role, with a strong understanding of risk assessment methodologies.
• Relevant certifications such as Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or Physical Security Professional (PSP) to demonstrate expertise.
• Experience in a corporate environment, preferably in sectors like finance, healthcare, or technology, known for strict security needs.
