We are seeking a reliable and experienced Courier to join our team in El‑Ain, Egypt. As a Courier, you will be responsible for delivering packages and documents to various locations within a specific timeframe. Your main goal will be to ensure timely and accurate delivery while maintaining the highest level of customer service.

• Pick up and deliver packages and documents to designated locations within the assigned timeframe
• Plan the most efficient delivery route based on location and traffic conditions
• Ensure all packages are properly secured for transportation
• Obtain necessary signatures and payments upon delivery
• Communicate with customers to address any concerns or issues regarding their deliveries
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including time of pickup and delivery, item description, and recipient information
• Follow all safety protocols while operating a company vehicle

• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
• Proven experience as a Courier or similar role
• Ability to navigate efficiently using maps and GPS devices
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
