Land Surveyor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Al Buraymi Oman. As a Land Surveyor you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine land boundaries elevations and features. You will also be involved in creating maps and plans for construction projects. The ideal candidate should have a degree in surveying or a related field and at least 2 years of relevant experience.

Fluency in English is required and knowledge of Arabic is preferred. This is a part-time position with a salary of 900$ per month with free visa and ticket provided. This opportunity is open to Indian nationals who are looking for jobs while studying or working part-time.

• Conduct land surveys using GPS total stations and other instruments
• Create accurate maps and plans for construction projects
• Identify property boundaries and obtain necessary permissions from landowners
• Analyze data collected from surveys and provide recommendations based on findings
• Collaborate with engineers architects and other professionals to ensure accuracy of survey data
• Maintain survey equipment and ensure proper calibration
• Adhere to safety regulations while conducting surveys

• Bachelors degree in surveying or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
• Proficiency in using surveying instruments such as GPS total stations etc
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret survey data accurately
• Excellent communication skills in English knowledge of Arabic is preferred
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Physical fitness to work outdoors for extended periods of time
