We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Al Buraymi As a Merchandiser you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are attractively displayed and readily available to customers This includes planning and coordinating product displays maintaining inventory levels and analyzing sales data

• Plan and execute product displays that are visually appealing and drive customer interest
• Work closely with sales team to ensure that products are effectively promoted and stocked in stores
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate any supply needs to management
• Analyze sales data to identify trends opportunities for improvement and potential risks
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors to negotiate pricing delivery schedules and resolve any issues that arise
• Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to make informed merchandising decisions
• Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional strategies for new or seasonal products
• Train store staff on product knowledge and merchandising techniques

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Merchandiser or similar role
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make recommendations
• Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
