Sales Manager - Al Buraymi

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the sales team in Al Buraymi. Your main goal will be to drive sales and increase revenue. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month.

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve set targets and objectives
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry
• Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve their full potential
• Prepare sales reports and present them to senior management

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions based on market trends
• Knowledge of CRM software is preferred but not required
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Must be willing to work full-time in Al Buraymi, Oman
