Sales Manager - Al Buraymi, Oman

We are in search of an experienced and driven Sales Manager to join our team in Al Buraymi, Oman. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets.

• Minimum of 3 years experience in sales management
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

• Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team targets
• Develop and implement strategic plans to increase sales and market share
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
• Prepare regular sales reports for management
